Updates and Meetings

Good evening neighbors! Thank you to everyone for your support of this opposition to the Cinemark project.   As of right now, the developers have not yet submitted their application but we anticipate they will submit one in the next few weeks.

On Thursday, September 6, 2018 the Town of Davie will be holding a Town Council meeting.  During part of the meeting, the floor will be open to citizens to address various issues or topics related to the Town.  We would like to encourage everyone who opposes this expansion to attend this meeting.   Please arrive promptly at 6:30 and feel free to bring a prepared statement of 1-3 minutes.  The more people we have show up, the better.

It  is important that the Town sees our numbers and hears how we feel about this expansion project.  As always, please be respectful and kind in your comments and we look forward to seeing you there!
